Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, customized clothes are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
